Review Supreme Alpha Audio

When a speaker is called Supreme, expectations are sky-high. But VoiceVictory doesn’t just meet them, it confidently exceeds them. From the first glance, it’s clear this isn’t your everyday speaker.

“The design is definitely distinctive: a sleekly finished cylinder with units inside it behind a neatly fitting front. This must be a VoiceVictory speaker!”

The cylindrical enclosure, inspired by a piece of sewer pipe (yes, really), might raise eyebrows at first — but it’s pure function wrapped in bold form. Ferdinand Verbeek, the founder of VoiceVictory, had a vision, and that vision translated into something both aesthetically unique and acoustically brilliant.

“The PVC casing works… the components are of excellent quality and the finish is… Supreme.”

Inside, you’ll find no compromises. The Supreme is built around two Dayton Audio woofers, a gorgeous dome midrange from Bliesma, and a matching Bliesma tweeter — all housed in a 25mm thick, resonance-free enclosure with bitumen and wool damping.

“Tap the enclosure and you get a damped ‘tick’ everywhere you tap.”

And the paint? That’s not your standard high-gloss job. It’s hard as a diamond, highly scratch-resistant, and available in virtually any color — including the reviewer’s copper finish, which they described as simply cool.

But of course, sound is what really matters — and the Supreme impresses just as much there. Tested with Hypex Nilai mono blocks and an Eversolo A8 streamer, the system revealed a neutral sound signature, with beautiful vocals, clean midrange, and deep, controlled bass.

“Once it made some miles in… we hear a very neutral sound with an extremely nice midrange and a looseness in the midrange that really appeals to us! Vocals are really beautiful and acoustic parts are incredibly transparent.”

Switching genres proved no issue. Whether it was Porcupine Tree, Massive Attack, or even Rage Against The Machine, the speaker kept control, stayed tight, and delivered punch — all the way down to 30 Hz, which is impressive given its size.

“Even at 80% or 90% volume, we hear tight and deep bass…. Those Daytons are really nice woofers!”

The Supreme was also briefly tested on the Alpha reference system with Pass Labs amplification, which delivered a more flowing, airy result. That highlighted the speaker’s ability to scale with high-end electronics while preserving its identity.

“Super clean midrange with deep and insightful bass. And a pleasant, open treble area. And all this is finely balanced.”

Measurements confirmed what the ears already knew: resonances are well controlled, the response smooth and homogeneous at listening distance. The Supreme is a true three-way, bass-reflex system, rated at 88 dB, 4 ohms, and 25 Hz – 40 kHz frequency response.

Conclusion

“If you call a speaker the Supreme, it must be really, really good! Well… the VoiceVictory Supreme is.”

The VoiceVictory Supreme is an exceptional piece of engineering — not only in its looks and build quality, but also in its sound. It’s a speaker for those who appreciate true craftsmanship, bold design, and a neutral yet expressive performance.
